At Sen and Stone, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly, safely, and affordably as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Rates & Estimates

Malaysia (Domestic Shipping)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free (calculated at checkout) Local

  • FREE shipping on orders over RM150

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • International delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on your destination.

Note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions to follow your parcel’s journey.


Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our control.

If your order is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or local courier office. If the issue persists, contact us at senandstone@hotmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.


Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you realize the address is wrong, contact us immediately — if the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to correct it.


Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us at senandstone@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please provide photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
